“No company can afford not to move forward. It may be at the top of the heap today but at the bottom of the heap tomorrow, if it doesn’t.” — James Cash Penney, founder, JC Penney
What is the difference between expansion and growth anyways?
It is a scientific fact that the Universe has been ‘expanding’ for the last 14 billion years. But does that mean it has been growing? Is it larger in size? Does it have more energy than it used to? No, it does not. The universe has not grown in energy. Therefore it has only expanded.
Simply put, expanding means internal prosperity while growth depicts an external one.
Whether you have decided on one, to the detriment of the other as part of your game plan, or will be utilizing both in conjunction, your end goal will require leadership and management, a strong sales team and human capital planning, in addition to a strong strategy and long-term planning.
This is our vision at Progressive Human Development Services: To support your vision, by assisting in planning and executing a lucrative expansion or growth.
